85032 living up to her early 80’s “Patch” nickname at Bletchley on April 24th 1984. “Patch” is working 1B09 1814 Euston – Northampton “Cobbler”.

Thanks to Mr Ratty for this view of 85032 at Northampton after working 1B07 1718 Euston – Northampton “Cobbler” on August 28th 1984. By this time “patch” had been patched up but to quote Mr Ratty she still looked scuffy!

“Patch” no more….an ex works 85032 looking good at Carlisle between duties on July 8th 1988.
