Bristol Temple Meads, Sunday April 14th 1974
A fairly quiet Sunday session at Temple Meads with the classic 1974 mix of renumbered and unrenumbered locos. Classes 25 and 31 were in evidence, also the rare 33205 probably on a Pompey. The highlight which i can still remember that sunny afternoon, my last Western for sight arriving with a passenger service too much leaping around!

The star of April 74 and still going nicely. D1015 is at Bridgnorth running day on August 26th 2017. With one engine being rebuilt she is currently restricted to SVR rather than mainline turns
Also out in April 74 and still in active service with Chiltern on 080517 is W55034 at Risboro on a shuttle from Aylesbury. Sadly the Chiltern bubbles have now been retired from normal services
