Notes:
50247+56482+50340 listed for the journey back across Worcester is an unusual rake and may or may not be correct. 50247 is a Met Cam “101” and at the time was based at South Gosforth, 56482 is a Cravens and was based at Tyseley, and 50340 is a Gloucester class 100 and was also based at Tyseley. These are what Phil has listed in both his files for this journey.
45064 failed at Market Harborough on the return journey. Arrival back in Bedford was around 3 hours late.
Additional Information from Six Bells Junction – original route was via Nuneaton and Water Orton, but a bridge had been seriously damaged by a road vehicle a few days before.
