Getting em in, Tony Ewer’s “slims”

The late Tony Ewer raked in all his class 33’2’s “slims” in just 18 months, it took me 17years! Tony by 1985 when the “slims” became general usage had grown tired of the “stupid kids, neds” invading the bashing game in the East and West Midlands by 1984. So by 1985 he did virtually nothing but Area C’s where crowds of young bashers were unheard of. He did well to get in all bar 1 in the Area C area and again all bar 1 on service trains or “proper trains” as he called them!!.
